Bella Ciao Cups

Our inspiration came initially from the beautiful layered tiramisu. Everything that makes a classic tiramisu, rebuilt in a portable cup with a bubble lid — handmade fresh in Miami, FL.

What is a tiramisu cup?

A tiramisu cup is a single-serving version of the Italian classic, layered vertically in a clear 9oz cup instead of cut from a tray. You see every layer through the side of the cup, you get the exact cream-to-cookie ratio in every spoonful, and nothing collapses on the way home. The sealed bubble lid means it travels in a bag, a car cupholder, or a beach cooler without losing its shape.

The format matters more than it sounds. Tray tiramisu is at its best for a few hours after it's cut; a cup is assembled as its own portion, so the top layer stays dry, the cocoa stays powdery, and the cookies keep their structure.

How the layers are built

  1. 1

    Mascarpone cream base

A whipped mascarpone and egg-cream layer goes down first, thick enough to hold everything above it.

  2. 2

    Coffee-soaked cookies

Ladyfinger-style biscuits dipped in espresso — soaked long enough to soften, short enough to keep their bite.

  3. 3

    Second cream layer

More mascarpone cream, spread edge to edge so every spoonful reaches all layers at once.

  4. 4

    Second cookie layer

A second espresso-soaked cookie layer — this is what separates a real tiramisu cup from a coffee mousse.

  5. 5

    Cream and cocoa finish

A final cream layer dusted with unsweetened cocoa, then sealed under a clear bubble lid.

We leave about a quarter inch of headroom below the rim so the bubble lid never touches the cocoa.

Common questions

How long do tiramisu cups last?

Keep them refrigerated and eat them within 2–3 days for the best texture. After that the cookies keep absorbing cream and the layers blur together.

Can you freeze a tiramisu cup?

Yes, absolutely! After lots of experimenting, our special recipe keeps the amazing mascarpone texture and the cocoa top perfect even after freezing and thawing.

Do they contain alcohol?

No. Traditional tiramisu often uses Marsala or rum. Ours are alcohol-free, so they're fine for kids and for anyone avoiding alcohol.

What size are the cups?

9oz with a clear bubble lid and a heart-sealed strap closure — a real dessert portion, not a tasting shot. It's a generous little cup that leaves your sweet tooth fully satisfied and smiling.

Bella Ciao Dolce strawberry cheesecake cup with jelly and crumb layers

Same 9oz cup, different build: strawberry jelly on the bottom, cheesecake filling with a thin crumb layer through the middle, and more strawberry jelly on top. It's the pick for anyone who wants fruit and tang instead of coffee and cocoa.
